Institut für Afrika-Kunde (Institute of African Affairs). IAA was founded in February 1963 on the initiative of the Afrika Verein (Africa Association) and members of Hamburg University. The Institute principally covers the whole of sub-Saharan Africa with respect to research, advisory services, documentation and information. International Helsinki Federation for Human Rights.
